What comes with each mailbox?
Australian-hosted Axigen email with 5 GB of storage, webmail, standard IMAP and spam filtering. ActiveSync adds push email on compatible phones.
Do I need a website?
No. Email needs a domain, and you can use it whether or not you have a website.
Who can register a .com.au?
You need an eligible Australian commercial presence and a permitted connection between the domain name and your business. For a new domain, the customer is the registrant and can transfer it away subject to registry rules.
What if I already receive email on my domain?
Choose the existing-domain option. We’ll confirm domain control and review your current email setup with you before any changes. Migration is scoped separately.
